Mumbai style Vada Paav


  1. Vada Paav

sometimes spelled wada pav or vada paav or vada pao or wada pao, is a vegetarian fast food dish native to the Indian state of Maharashtra. A simple creation involving a deep fried potato patty with some coriander and spices.

  • Place of origin: India
  • Main ingredients: boiled mashed potatoes, gram flour batter, oil, spices, Bread Bun.
  • Serving temperature: Hot or Room Temperature



2. Panipuri


Panipuri is a common street snack in several regions of the Indian subcontinent. In East India, it is known as Phuchhka while in North India, it is called Golgappa. 

  • Place of origin: India
  • Main ingredients: Flour, Spiced water, Onions, Potatoes, Chickpeas
  • Serving temperature: Cold
